What is a red flag test?

A red flag is a warning sign in how someone behaves, a green flag is a good sign. This red flag test turns the question around and looks at you. It is meant to be funny and a little confronting, not a psychological assessment.

How does the red flag test work?

You answer 10 questions with four options each. The more honest you are, the better the result fits. At the end you are a green flag, a beige flag or a walking red flag.

Red flags the test looks at

The questions are about everyday situations:

  • What you do when someone does not reply for hours
  • How you react when you turn out to be wrong
  • How you talk about your exes
  • What happens when plans get cancelled
  • How you handle a no
  • Who pays when the bill arrives

Green flag, beige flag or red flag?

A green flag means relaxed and reliable. A beige flag means mostly fine with a few quirks. A red flag means there is room for improvement, and that you were honest enough to admit it. Curious about your relationship as a whole? Take the relationship test.
